Your right to cancel
Under UK distance-selling rules (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@bohemianbeadbox.com with your order number and we'll talk you through it. Please return items in their original condition.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty or not as described, the cost of returning it is yours to cover. We'd recommend a tracked or proof-of-postage service, as we can't be responsible for anything that doesn't reach us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, get in touch within a reasonable time and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, including any postage you've paid. A photograph of the issue helps us sort it quickly.
Refunds
Once we've received your return (or proof that you've posted it), we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that our bead mixes are sold by weight as a varied blend, so a natural difference between mixes isn't in itself a fault.
