Dispatch times

Orders are packed and posted within 1 to 2 working days. Once your parcel is on its way, delivery times depend on where you are - see below.

Shipping costs

Choose your delivery country in your basket and the cost is shown before you check out. Everything goes by Royal Mail Tracked.

• United Kingdom - £3.05 flat, or free on orders over £30. Typically 2 to 4 working days.
• United States - £15.95, sent Royal Mail International Tracked with duties prepaid (DDP), so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
• Canada - £11.75.
• Australia and New Zealand - £11.30.
• Switzerland and Norway - £9.80.
• Rest of the world - £11.75 to most other countries.

Europe

We don't currently ship to the European Union. We're hoping to bring EU shipping back later in 2026 - if you select an EU country in your basket you can leave your email and we'll let you know the moment we can deliver to you again.

Customs and import charges

Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These aren't included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient - except for the United States, where the £15.95 rate already covers duties (DDP), so there are no extra charges on delivery.
