Who we are

This site is operated by Catherine Williams, trading as Bohemian Bead Box (“we”, “us”), a sole trader based at 9 Maes Llan, Llandyrnog, Denbigh, Denbighshire, Wales, LL16 4HF. You can reach us at hello@bohemianbeadbox.com.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order - for example if an item is out of stock or incorrectly priced - and will refund you in full if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Stripe; we don't see or store your full card details. Shipping is calculated at checkout - see our Shipping page.

Our products

Our bead mixes are natural, small-batch and sold as a varied blend, so the exact mix of shapes and colours you receive may differ from the photographs. We describe everything as accurately as we can, but screens vary and colours can look a little different in person.

Returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out on our Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, we're not liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
