Czech Fire Polished Beads, Opaque Deep Red with Copper Lustre (10mm, Set of 8)

These are a lovely set of eight 10mm Czech fire polished beads in a deep, rich red with a warm copper lustre running across the surface. The faceting catches the light beautifully, giving each bead a bit of sparkle without losing that earthy, rustic quality the colour brings. They are handmade by artisan glassworkers in the Czech Republic, so there may be the tiniest natural variations between beads, which is all part of the charm.

At 10mm they are a really useful size. You could use a pair as earring drops, scatter them through a beaded bracelet for warmth and depth, or use them as accent beads alongside something more neutral. They work particularly well with bronze or antique gold findings, and they sit nicely next to creams, burnt oranges and deep greens if you are putting together an autumn-toned piece. A small set, but a very versatile one.
