Czech Fossil Coin Beads - Pack of 4, 18mm | Opaque Red and Gold | Spiral Shell

These are Czech glass fossil coin beads in a rich opaque red with warm gold detailing, each one pressed into a spiral shell or ammonite design that gives them a wonderfully rustic, ancient feel. You get four beads per pack, each measuring around 18mm across and 4mm thick, with a single hole for stringing.

The red and gold combination is quite bold, and that is really the point. These work beautifully as feature beads on a necklace, or spaced along a bracelet where you want something with a bit of weight and character. They would sit well alongside other earthy tones - amber, ochre, dark green - or you could pair them with plain gold-filled findings and let the bead do all the talking.

Each one is handmade by artisan glassworkers in the Czech Republic, so there may be very slight variations between beads, which only adds to the charm of them.
