Czech Glass Art Deco Sunflower Beads: Black with a Gold Wash (12mm, Pack of 6)

These are lovely little things. Each bead is a 12mm pressed glass sunflower in a deep opaque black, with a gold wash that settles into all the embossed petal detail and gives the whole bead a warm, Art Deco feel. You get six beads in a pack, which is just right for a pair of earrings with beads to spare, or a neat run of feature beads along a bracelet.

The black and gold combination is one of those pairings that goes with almost everything, so you could mix these with jet, amber, or warm tortoiseshell tones and they would sit happily alongside all of them. They also work beautifully as a focal point on a simple chain or cord.

Handcrafted by artisan glassworkers in the Czech Republic, the quality is exactly what you would expect from a proper Bohemian glass bead. Each one has a single hole and a smooth, solid finish.
