Czech Glass Bird Beads: Sapphire Blue with Rainbow Volcano Finish (22x11mm, Pack of 2)

These sweet little Czech glass bird beads are one of those finds that make you want to build a whole project around them. Each one measures 22x11mm and comes in a beautiful matte sapphire blue, finished with a rainbow volcano wash that gives the surface a shifting, iridescent shimmer. You get two beads per pack, which makes them ideal as a matching pair for earrings, or dotted either side of a focal bead on a bracelet or necklace.

The bird shape is nicely detailed without being fussy, somewhere between whimsical and elegant, and the matte finish keeps things feeling soft and bohemian rather than glitzy.
