Czech Glass Melon Beads 8mm, Burnt Orange Fluted Beads (Pack of 10)

These are Czech glass melon beads in a warm burnt orange, and they are just the right size for so many projects. Each bead is around 8mm, with a fluted, pumpkin-like shape that catches the light beautifully along every ridge. The colour sits somewhere between a deep terracotta and a classic autumn orange, so it works really well with earthy tones, warm creams, and deep greens.

You get ten beads in a pack, which is plenty to make a pair of drop earrings with a few left over for a bracelet or a necklace. They are lightweight enough to hang well in earrings without pulling, and the rounded fluted shape adds a lovely bit of texture without being fussy.

They pair nicely with wooden or seed beads if you want something more rustic, or with metallic spacers for a cleaner finish. Made by artisan glassworkers in the Czech Republic, as you would expect from a proper Bohemian bead.
