Czech Glass Melon Beads, Plum Purple Lustre (8mm, Set of 10)

These are 8mm fluted melon beads in a rich plum purple with a lovely lustre finish that catches the light beautifully. The ribbed, rounded shape gives them a tactile quality that photographs really well, and that deep violet-purple tone sits somewhere between classic and a little bit boho, which makes them surprisingly easy to work with.

You get ten beads per pack, which is just right for a pair of earrings with plenty to spare, or for spacing out along a bracelet between larger feature beads. They work nicely alongside silvers and antique brass findings, and they pair well with other purple or jewel-toned beads if you are building a longer necklace or a layered design.
