Czech Glass Melon Drop Beads: Matte Turquoise with Gold Wash (22x11mm, Pack of 2)

These are large Czech glass melon drop beads in a lovely matte turquoise with a warm gold wash over the fluted surface. At 22x11mm they have a real presence, and that combination of soft, chalky turquoise and glinting gold gives them a distinctly bohemian feel without being overdone.

You get two beads per pack, which makes them perfect as a matching pair for earrings. They also work beautifully as pendant drops on a necklace, or as a feature bead either side of a centrepiece. The matte finish means they sit nicely alongside both shiny and rustic elements, so they are quite versatile for mixing and layering.

They are handmade by artisan glassworkers in the Czech Republic, so there may be very slight differences between individual beads, which is all part of their charm. If you love turquoise and gold together, these are a solid go-to.
